Debated ad nauseum of its placement among the Christmas movies sits one of the greatest action movies ever: Die Hard. I am a sucker for one liners and explosions and this movie does not disappoint. Bruce Willis brings out the Christmas cheer with his monologues and gift wraps terrorists. How can this not be a Christmas movie?
The acting in Die Hard is superb from both the leads, John McClane played by Bruce Willis and Hans Gruber played by Alan Rickman, who both became stars afterward. One of my favorite parts of the movie is when McClane catches Hans checking explosives and acts as a scared office worker. Just when you think Hans has got McClane, McClane does the switcheroo on Hans. If you haven’t seen this movie, then what is wrong with you? Go out and watch it now.
